The Work of God in the Unexpected

Genesis 4:1-15

Have you ever had great expectations of someone and been disappointed.  From the text, we see how God can work in what is unexpected for us, to achieve His glory and our good.

1.  God works in the unexpected, so, dont rely only upon circumstances.

2.  Faith is essential to knowing and pleasing God.

3.  God's word is enough for all who desire to live Godly, but it wont be without struggle.

4.  Sin has a blinding effect on you.

5.  The blood of the new covenant speaks a sweet hymn for those who are covered by it.
